Refund Policy & Guarantee For Our Flexcose Glucosamine Products

If you feel our products don’t fulfill your expectation within the first 45 days of delivery, just send the empty product bottle back to us for a full refund.

If this is the first time you are trying these products we encourage you to order 1 bottle only until you see if you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

We will not offer refunds on all additional bottles of multi orders simple because we are not able to return them to our manufactures.

All International Orders

All International Orders are shipped via USPS Priority International. Buyers are responsible for all VAT and any other fees charged by your country for delivery. Bottles are shipped at your own risk unless you contact us for a price on insurance. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for delivery. These times may vary greatly because of Customs inspections for foreign deliveries. Shipped packages returned for any reason will have actual shipping fees and or additional shipping charges incurred, deducted from any refund due buyer.

Some countries only allow one bottle at a time be shipped. If you are in question, check with Customs. This is the buyer’s responsibility. If any order is refused and or sent back, the buyer will pay all shipping costs incurred as well as any other charges due.
